Agreement between you and ARGOS Identity

These Terms include an appendix to be concluded separately with you and apply to the installation and use of our demo and trial versions, as well as our regular services. If you reside in South Korea, the Party to these Terms with you is ARGOS Identity Korea, and if you reside in any other region, the Party to these Terms with you is ARGOS Identity Inc.

In these Terms:

“Business Operator” means ARGOS Identity Korea or ARGOS Identity Inc., as applicable;

“User Institution” means an institution that enters into this Agreement to provide services incorporating the Business Operator’s Services;

“User” means an individual or entity that receives services from a User Institution.

The Business Operator and the User Institution are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

By installing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least fourteen (14) years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

We may modify these Terms from time to time, and if we do, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. These changes will not apply to any disputes between the Parties that arose before the date on which the modified Terms was posted or took effect. You should periodically review the Terms. Unless otherwise specified, the modified Terms will take effect immediately, and your continued use of our services will constitute your consent to the changes. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth below and enter into these Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).

Article 1 Purpose

This Agreement sets forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and Users in relation to the services provided by the Company (the “Services”).

Article 2 Definition

2.1 The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

1. The term “User” means a user who receives the service of our company through the User Institution, as an individual, corporation, organization, association, trust, limited liability company, joint venture, or other interested party who uses the service of the User Institution.
2. The term “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify an individual, such as name, resident registration number, passport number, facial image, date of birth, nationality, annual income, and residential information, which is provided to the User Institution by the User of the Institution's service in connection with the Institution's service. (Even if such information cannot identify a specific individual by itself, it includes information that can be easily combined with other information to identify the individual.)
