Fullstack has updated its Personal use Terms of Service effective August 1, 2022.

Ch. 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate all other matters such as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Members and Fullstack Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) when Members use the "Argos ID" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Fullstack Co., Ltd.

Article 2 Definition of Terms

① The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

  1. “Service” refers to the identity verification service using the Company's application (Application, hereinafter referred to as "Argos ID"), the Members’ identity verification details inquiry and the identity verification provision function provided by "Argos ID".
  2. “Global Identity Verification” refers to the method of using the identity verification (a means to verify the accuracy of the information registered by the Members and provide it after going through the process of specifying that the provider of personal information is the same person using his/her ID and face photo) service through Argos ID. It may also include your personal wallet, address, and mobile phone number.
  3. "Members" refers to a user who has obtained the right to use this Service by completing the agreement to sign up for this Service.
  4. “Client Company” refers to a business operator and his/her service that use this Service to provide functions such as user identification and login of this Company’s clients on/offline.
  5. "Associate Company" refers to a business operator performs business such as sales/affiliation agency, alliance service provision, and customer CS support between the Company and the Client Company under the contract with the Company and the Client Company.
  6. "Operator" refers to a person selected by the Company for the overall management and smooth operation of this Service.

② Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations and guidance for each service, except as provided in Paragraph 1 above.

Article 3 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions

① The contents of these Terms and Conditions are posted on the service screen or disclosed to the Members in other ways. When the Members who agree to it sign up for this Service, it becomes effective.

② These Terms and Conditions may be revised within the scope stipulated by law if the Company approves it necessary. When the Company modifies the Terms and Conditions, the expected date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and notified seven days prior to the expected application date in the same manner as in the preceding Paragraph. However, if the Terms and Conditions are revised unfavorably to the Members, it is separately notified through electronic means such as PUSH alarm in addition to the notice with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance.

③ Members have the right not to agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, and if they do not agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, they may stop using this Service and terminate the use contract.
