ARGOS Privacy Policy for Website Users

This notice is for providing you with information on how ARGOS Identity Inc (“ARGOS US”,1952 Gallows Rd., Vienna, VA 22182)) and ARGOS Identity Korea (“ARGOS KR”, 6F, 12, Gangnam-daero 160-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea) will process your personal data, each acting as a controller in its own right. The two legal entities are united and defined as ARGOS

Our Privacy Policy refers to guidelines on protecting the user’s valuable personal information which ARGOS is required to comply with, in order to ensure that users use its services with confidence.

1. Collecting and processing of Personal Information

A-1. For the contact person, ARGOS will process your personal data for the following purposes:

• to inform you about ARGOS’s services and products
• to communicate with ARGOS’s potential customers
• to provide a service portal to ARGOS’s customers (we call it as customer dashboard)
• to manage customer relationship
• to fulfill with legal obligations, in relevant law (U.S and South Korea)

• company name and address
